User Data Deletion Instructions — Cairo Mubasher Publisher
يمكن لأي مستخدم مخوّل ربط حسابه بتطبيق Cairo Mubasher Publisher طلب حذف بياناته المرتبطة بالتطبيق. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الوصول.
1. إرسال طلب حذف البيانات
- أرسل رسالة إلى info@cairomubasher.com.
- اكتب في الموضوع: طلب حذف بيانات – Cairo Mubasher Publisher.
- اذكر اسم صفحة Facebook أو حساب Instagram/Threads المرتبط، وطريقة التواصل معك، وما إذا كنت تريد إلغاء الربط فقط أو حذف البيانات المتصلة بالتطبيق أيضًا.
- قد نطلب تأكيدًا مناسبًا يثبت صلاحيتك على الحساب أو الصفحة، دون طلب كلمة مرور.
2. إيقاف الوصول من إعدادات Meta
يمكنك أيضًا مراجعة إعدادات التطبيقات ومواقع الويب أو تكاملات الأعمال داخل حسابات Meta ذات الصلة، وإزالة صلاحيات Cairo Mubasher Publisher حيثما كانت متاحة. قد تختلف أسماء القوائم حسب حسابك والمنصة وإصدار الواجهة. إلغاء التفويض يمنع الوصول المستقبلي، لكنه لا يضمن وحده إزالة أي بيانات سبق الاحتفاظ بها؛ لذلك أرسل طلب الحذف عبر البريد أيضًا إذا أردت حذف البيانات من أنظمتنا.
3. ماذا يشمل الحذف؟
نتعامل مع الطلبات الصحيحة بحذف أو إبطال بيانات الربط ورموز الوصول والمعلومات التشغيلية المرتبطة بالشخص أو الحساب في حدود ما يقع تحت سيطرتنا وما لا يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا. قد تبقى بعض سجلات الأمان أو النسخ الاحتياطية مؤقتًا وفق دورات الاحتفاظ المطبقة قبل زوالها.
4. هل تُحذف المنشورات من Facebook أو Instagram أو Threads؟
لا يؤدي حذف بيانات التطبيق تلقائيًا إلى حذف منشورات سبق نشرها على حسابات المنصات. لإزالة منشور عام، استخدم أدوات إدارة المحتوى داخل المنصة، أو اذكر رابط المنشور في طلب منفصل حتى تتم مراجعته من صاحب الصلاحية.
5. تأكيد تنفيذ الطلب
سنراجع الطلب ونتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة دون تأخير غير مبرر، ثم نرسل ردًا إلى وسيلة التواصل التي قدمتها، أو نوضح سبب الحاجة إلى معلومات تحقق إضافية أو وجود التزام قانوني يمنع حذف جزء محدد.

Any authorized person who has connected an account to Cairo Mubasher Publisher can request deletion of app-related data. Never send passwords or access tokens.
1. Submit a deletion request
- Email info@cairomubasher.com.
- Use the subject Data Deletion Request – Cairo Mubasher Publisher.
- Identify the connected Facebook Page, Instagram or Threads account and state whether you want to disconnect only or also delete related app data.
- We may reasonably verify your authority without asking for your password.
2. Remove authorization in Meta
You may also review Apps and Websites or Business Integrations in the relevant Meta account and remove Cairo Mubasher Publisher where available. Menu names vary by platform and account. Revoking authorization prevents future access but may not itself erase previously retained data; email us if you also want app data deleted.
3. Scope of deletion
For verified requests, we delete or invalidate account connection information, access tokens, and associated operational data under our control where retention is no longer necessary or legally required. Some security logs and backups may remain temporarily until their applicable retention cycles expire.
4. Previously published posts
Deleting application data does not automatically delete posts already published to Facebook, Instagram or Threads. Remove public posts through the platform's content tools or include the post URL in a separate removal request for review by an authorized Page operator.
5. Confirmation
We will review valid requests without undue delay and respond through the supplied contact channel, or explain if further identity verification or legally required retention is relevant.
