Terms of Service — Cairo Mubasher Publisher
1. قبول الشروط ونطاق الاستخدام
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام Cairo Mubasher Publisher، أداة إدارة ونشر محتوى «القاهرة مباشر». التطبيق مخصص للأشخاص المصرح لهم من إدارة «القاهرة مباشر»، وليس خدمة نشر عامة مفتوحة للجمهور. باستخدامك للتطبيق بصفتك مستخدمًا مفوضًا، تقر بالتزامك بهذه الشروط وبشروط المنصات التي تربطها.
2. التفويض وأمن الوصول
يجب ألا تستخدم التطبيق إلا لإدارة الصفحات والحسابات التي لديك صلاحية فعلية لإدارتها. أنت مسؤول عن حماية وسائل وصولك وعدم مشاركتها مع أشخاص غير مخولين، وإبلاغ جهة إدارة التطبيق عند الاشتباه في إساءة استخدام الحساب.
3. المحتوى والمسؤولية التحريرية
يتحمل المستخدم المفوض والجهة الناشرة مسؤولية مراجعة دقة المحتوى وحقوق استخدام الصور والفيديوهات والنصوص ومراعاة القوانين وشروط المنصات قبل الضغط على النشر. يجب عدم استخدام التطبيق لنشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو منتهك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الخصوصية أو قواعد المنصة.
4. عمل التطبيق وخدمات الغير
يستخدم التطبيق واجهات برمجة وخدمات تقدمها أطراف أخرى، بما فيها Meta وCloudflare. قد يتأثر النشر بتوافر الخدمات أو الأذونات أو حدود استخدام الواجهات. لا يضمن التطبيق نشر كل طلب أو إظهاره لجميع الجمهور؛ ويرجع نجاح العملية وظهور المحتوى كذلك إلى قرارات وإعدادات المنصة المستهدفة.
5. حماية البيانات
توضح سياسة الخصوصية أنواع البيانات التي قد تُعالج وطريقة استخدامها وكيفية طلب حذفها. ويمكن مراجعة تعليمات حذف البيانات لإلغاء الربط وطلب محو المعلومات الخاضعة لسيطرتنا.
6. تعليق الاستخدام أو تغييره
يجوز لإدارة التطبيق تعديل إمكاناته أو تعليق الوصول إليه لأسباب تشغيلية أو أمنية أو امتثالًا للمتطلبات المعمول بها، مع مراعاة الحقوق التي يقررها القانون.
7. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق للاستخدام الداخلي وفق حالته التشغيلية المتاحة. وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل إدارة التطبيق مسؤولية انقطاع خدمات خارجية أو أخطاء ناتجة عن إعدادات حسابات خارج نطاق سيطرتها. لا يحد هذا النص من أي حقوق أو التزامات لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

للاستفسارات عن هذه الشروط، تواصل عبر info@cairomubasher.com. قد يتم تحديث الشروط عند تعديل وظائف التطبيق، ويُوضح تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern Cairo Mubasher Publisher, a tool for managing and publishing Cairo Mubasher content. The app is intended for operators authorized by Cairo Mubasher, not as a public social publishing service. Authorized users agree to comply with these terms and the requirements of connected platforms.
2. Authorization and access security
Use the app only with Pages and accounts you are authorized to manage. Protect access credentials, do not share them with unauthorized persons, and report suspected account misuse to the app administrator.
3. Content responsibility
Authorized operators and the publishing organization are responsible for editorial accuracy, rights to use text, photographs and video, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules before publishing. Do not use the app to distribute illegal, infringing, privacy-violating, or platform-prohibited content.
4. External services
The app relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure, including Meta and Cloudflare. Publishing may depend on service availability, permissions and API limits. We cannot guarantee that every request will be published or shown to all viewers; destination platforms control visibility and distribution.
5. Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for details about processing and your rights, and the Data Deletion Instructions to disconnect accounts or ask us to delete data under our control.
6. Changes and suspension
App administrators may change features or suspend access for operational, security or compliance reasons, subject to applicable law.
7. Liability
The app is offered for internal use in its available operational state. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app operator is not responsible for outages of third-party services or problems caused by settings outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
